Ronico aka “Roni” Barin grew up in Tacoma, did his undergrad at Pacific Union College in California and graduated from Whatcom Community College earning his AAS Physical Therapist Assistant. 

 

Interest in Physical Therapy for Ronico stemmed from always being around sports, being in the medical field with jobs, and for a period competing competitively in Powerlifting from 2014-2021 (USPA and USAPL federation). With injuries along the way, what started as self rehab developed in a further interest in education of Physical Therapy education. 

 

Previously Roni worked as a Coach/Training Manager for 6yrs at Tumwater Anytime Fitness and as a PT aide from 2017-2021. Both jobs further reinforced his interest to turn Physical Therapy into a career to be a PTA and help individuals have a better quality of life.

 

During his free time he can be found spending time with his family, powerlifting recreationally, listening to heavy metal, and being outdoors grilling.
