MEMBERSHIPS & PRICING
Each new athlete will complete an Initial Evaluation at the start of their training program. Our trainer will take the athlete through and extended warm-up to identify specific strengths and weaknesses. If necessary, power and strength testing will be administered. Our trainer will identify and discuss the athlete's training goals and personalize a program to help reach them.
Memberships require a three month minimum commitment.
Unused sessions from monthly memberships do not roll over into the following month.
