Hayley Keenan, DPT, PRFS

Physical Therapist
ProActive Since 2022
Hayley Keenan joined ProActive Physical Therapy in 2022. Her passion for physical therapy began after sustaining a back injury as a high school soccer athlete and long-distance runner, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portland and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Franklin Pierce University.
Hayley began her career at a small community hospital, where she gained experience treating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She later returned to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to friends and family, continuing to work with a broad range of orthopedic conditions. Over time, Hayley discovered a strong passion for pelvic health and obtained her APTA Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in pelvic floor physical therapy. She now primarily treats patients ages 15 and older with pelvic health diagnoses. Additionally, Hayley is a Certified Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist and is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate fertility-related concerns.
Hayley treats a wide variety of pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, bowel and bladder urgency and frequency, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related conditions, postpartum recovery, and infertility.
She lives in Bothell, Washington, and enjoys making the most of the Pacific Northwest through hiking, running, and spending time outdoors. When she’s not outside, she can often be found curled up with a good book.
