Alec was born in Ogden Utah, but largely grew up here in Olympia, Washington and considers himself a native Olympian.

 

He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University in 2009, and went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2019.

 

Since that time, Alec worked for a short time at St Joseph’s Hospital in Eureka California in both acute care and outpatient settings. In 2020, Alec moved back to Olympia and worked at a number of private practice clinics in the Olympia and Lacey areas.

 

Alec enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds and employs a combination of manual therapy, cupping, scraping, and flossing techniques combined with his extensive experience in a variety of athletic pursuits to help patients recover from injury and attain higher levels of fitness.

 

When Alec is not working, he enjoys Girevoy sport, mixed martial arts, horror movies, tabletop and computer gaming, as well as hiking and climbing in the great outdoors.
