Michael Bell, DPT
Michael was born and raised in rural Georgia, though you won't hear much of a southern accent. He enjoyed the typical hobbies of a rural childhood: skipping rocks, climbing trees, and getting lost in the woods.
After graduation high school, Michael attended Georgia Southern University in State GA; graduating with a BS in Information Technology in 2004. After graduating from college, Michael joined the Army and went on to spend 10 years on active duty. While in the Army, Micheal was afforded the opportunity to travel the world and has spent time in both Europe and Asia.
While working with Physical Therapists in the Army, Michael developed an interest in the field and decided to seek a career change. After leaving active duty in 2014 he returned to school, finally graduating in 2019 from the University of Puget Sound with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Michael enjoys hiking, trail running, weight lifting, and has recently taken an interest in bouldering. Some of his most memorable experiences in the Pacific Northwest include seeing the sunrise from the summit rim of Mt. St Helens, trekking to alpine lakes on the Olympic Penninsula, and arguing with a mountain goat over who had the right of way on the trail.
