Jerry Flynn, CSCS is the Strength and Conditioning Director of this talented athletic performance enhancement team.  After completing his degree in Exercise Science and playing football at Western Washington University Jerry spent several years working in physical therapy and rehabilitation. His extensive experience initially in the clinical setting provides the foundation of his philosophy in how he trains athletes. His belief in training to enhance functional movement is key to prehabilitation or injury prevention as well as performance enhancement.  In 1997, when he made the transition to athletic performance enhancement, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Since that time he has stayed current with the latest training methods and philosophies the industry has to offer. Jerry has trained athletes from all sports at all levels for over a decade. He has worked extensively with both males and females in a team, small group and individual basis.  Outside of training athletes his functional movement activity includes biking, hiking, golf and snow skiing.
