Vince Gildner, PT, ATC, CSCS. Local owner of ProActive SportsMed, has several years of orthopaedic and sports medicine experience. His knowledge in functional exercise and restoring functional movement patterns has helped many athletes return to their sport at a higher level than their pre-injury status. As an athletic trainer with Seattle Pacific University, the University of Washington, the Seattle Thunderbird hockey and Seattle Sounders soccer teams, Vince has lent his expertise in helping patients prevent and rehabilitate sport related injuries. His commitment to the local community is evidenced by serving as a volunteer athletic trainer for Black Hills High School and providing education to athletes on correct running, jumping, and landing mechanics for injury prevention. Vince is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and keeps current with the latest research on functional and sport specific training. He is a regular speaker on injury prevention and rehabilitation, with a specific focus on the ACL. Vince is an avid golfer and has a particular interest in preventing and rehabilitating golf injuries using proper golf swing mechanics. He also enjoys water and snow skiing as much as possible.

Jayme Bruett, DPT recently earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Columbia University in New York City . A former professional dancer, Jayme grew passionate about the profession after she underwent extensive physical therapy following ankle surgery. Prior to joining ProActive, Jayme gained experience working in a sports physical therapy clinic in Sammamish , WA . While there she also volunteered on the sidelines at the local high school football games. She has experience treating patients of all ages, with a focus on sports injuries and orthopedic rehabilitation. Jayme enjoys hiking, running, tennis, and myriad other outdoor activities.

Kerry Hickethier, PTA, ATC is the longest standing employee at ProActive. She graduated form Whitworth College with a bachelors degree in athletic training in 1996.

Since that time she has worked as an athletic trainer in different capacities and settings. Prior to coming to work for ProActive she worked as the head athletic trainer for Wenatchee Valley College. Kerry has recently graduated from a physical therapy assistant program. Kerry is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys kick boxing as well as various outdoor activities.

 Kimberly Williams, Billing Manager  Kimberly has been with ProActive for three years. She has extensive background in billing. Because health plans are constantly changing, Kimberly frequently attends seminars to keep up with the never ending changes and to decrease your billing problems. She works hard as an advocate for patients and spends numerous hours dealing with insurance companies so claims are processed correctly.
