Who Can Benefit?

All types of athletes will benefit from our programs. The program can be modified for athletes in different sports as well as different abilities. Elite level athletes can take their training to different levels by participating in ProActive programs. They can see improvements in 40 times and vertical jump. Rate of recovery is also improved significantly. Simply put - they don’t get as tired, and when they do, they get ready for the next play quicker.

We see huge improvements in younger and less experienced athletes. You will see a marked improvement in body control and running mechanics with these athletes. Athletes as young as 10 years old have benefited from participation in ProActive training programs under the youth protocols. What better time to train proper running mechanics and correct inefficiencies in jumping form.

We also have protocols for distance runners who want to gain a little advantage in triathlons, or marathons. This program is slightly grueling so be ready for a serious workout. The programs used here at ProActive are perfect for pre season conditioning for snow skiers.
