We have chosen to name our clinic ProActive because we know that this type of training is not only beneficial for improving athletic ability, but it is essential for injury prevention. Many conditioning and strengthening programs are developed to strengthen individual muscles or groups of muscles in uni-planar directions. They fall short when training an athlete to move in lateral directions or deal with quick, cutting movements. The athletes that are trained with the Frappier program have been proven to sustain less frequency of injuries and decreased severity of injuries that are incurred.
