Initial Assessment

  • Includes 1 on 1 with a degreed, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • The AssessmentLasts approximently 60-90 minutes depending on the individual athlete

  • Appropriate testing relative to the sport(s), or activity the athlete participates in

Testing could include:

- Functional Movement Screen
- Linear/Lateral Speed (10, 20, and 30 yard sprints)
- Change of Direction Agility (5-10-5 shuttle run)
- Power Jumps (vertical jump, 2-ft. long jump, single leg triple jump)
- Core and Overall Body Strength
- Static & Dynamic Flexibility
- Aerobic/Anaerobic Testing (VO2 sub-max and lactate threshold available)
- Biomechanical and Movement Analysis (motion video available)
